Borrowed with a minor change from the previous game:
1. The white hat is now unaware
2. No Lynch is not valid
3. This is not a change from the previous game but N0 views by the Prostitute and Minion are chosen by the respective players.

This is a 9-player game of Werewolf that has been played, tested and vetted in face-to-face Werewolf at BGG.con through three years of testing and refining. I'm interested to see how it runs on the forums.

This is a 9er with a standard daily lynch and no role reveal on death (except the White Hat, see below). Posthumous victories are a go with this set, which means you win even if you're dead if someone else can win it for you.

Team Werewolf
Werewolf - Each night the Werewolf will kill someone. If the Werewolf targets the Vampire, the kill fails. The Werewolf wins if the Werewolf (or promoted Witch) is in the final two with any player other than the Vampire or Hunter.

Witch - The Witch begins the game knowing who the Werewolf is. Each night the Witch will target another player; if that player has a night action, that action fails to trigger. If the Werewolf dies, the Witch loses the ability to block night actions and is promoted to Werewolf (and will subsequently have a night kill). The Witch wins if the Werewolf wins.

Team Vampire
Vampire - Each night the Vampire will kill someone. The Vampire can kill the Werewolf or Witch (even if promoted). The Vampire wins if the Vampire is in the final two with any player other than the Hunter.

Team Minion
Minion - Each night the Minion views another player and sees "Night Kill" or "No Night Kill." The Minion will get a "Night Kill" result on the Werewolf (or promoted Witch) or the Vampire, and a "No Night Kill" result on every other player. The Minion receives a N0 view. The Minion will know if their view has been blocked. The Minion will get a "No Night Kill" result on an un-promoted Witch. The Minion wins if any player they have viewed for "Night Kill" wins.

Team Good
Prostitute - Each night the Prostitute will view another player and see "Night Action" or "No Night Action." The Prostitute will get a "Night Action" result on the Werewolf, Witch, Vampire, Minion or Bodyguard. The Prostitute will get a "No Night Action" result on the Hunter, Villager or White Hat. The Prostitute gets a N0 view. The Prostitute will know if their view was blocked. The Prostitute wins if the Hunter wins.

Bodyguard - Each night the Bodyguard will choose one player to Protect. If that player is targeted for a kill, the player will survive. The Bodyguard blocks both Werewolf (or promoted Witch) and Vampire kills, even if both kills are directed at the same person. The Bodyguard can repeatedly Protect the same player but the Bodyguard may not Protect themselves. The Bodyguard wins if the Hunter wins.

The Hunter - The Hunter wins if the Hunter is in the final three with the Werewolf (or promoted Witch) and the Vampire OR if the Hunter is in the final two with either the Werewolf (or promoted Witch) or the Vampire. The Hunter also wins if the Werewolf, Witch and Vampire are all dead.

White Hat - When the White Hat dies for any reason, they will be revealed as the White Hat. The White Hat is unaware that they are the White Hat and only aware that they are a villager. The White Hat wins if the Hunter wins.

Villager - This is a standard Villager with no powers other than their vote. The Villager wins if the Hunter wins.

Dusk: 4 p.m. BGG time (Votes for No Lynch are not valid)
Dawn: 5 p.m. BGG time
Game Start: When full; Does not run during weekends

The Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally System

Your Moderator has enabled the Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally system
for this game. In order for it to function correctly, your votes will
need to be formatted correctly. The following rules will explain what
you will need to do:

Players
1. All votes must be bolded

2. The entire vote statement must be bolded and enclosed in bracekts: [vote jmilum]

3. Only one vote per post.

4. If you [vote nightfall] your vote will be locked (voting
nightfall is allowed in the same post as a vote for a player, but it
must come after it, this does not violate Rule #3)

5. Vote tallies will be automatically posted to the game thread hourly
if the tally has changed. The Tally and Vote Logs (for each game day)
are also available on the Cassandra game page.

6. If your vote is not counted be sure to check the Vote Log page and
see if it was marked invalid and why.

7. Case does not matter and simple typos will not cause the vote to fail.

8. You may [vote no lynch] if your game allows it.

9. Non voting players will be listed in the tallies. This will only be
correct if the Moderator notes which players have been killed (see below)

10. Editing a vote post will invalidate the vote and it will not be counted.

Moderators
1. The moderator will need to post [Dawn] when the day begins
(after the night results are posted) and [Dusk] when the lynch
deadline has passed and the day is over. Votes will not be counted
after [Dusk] has been posted. They will be registered again
after [Dawn] is next posted.

2. You may include a day number in the dawn and dusk post for
informational purposes, but it will not be used by the system.
Cassandra will increment an internal counter each time it sees
[Dawn] no matter what day is shown in a dawn post (i.e.
[Dawn 3] the three is allowed but ignored)

3. After dusk has been posted, the Moderator may go to the game page
on Cassandra to request a Final Tally to be posted before the normal
scan period has elapsed (i.e. Game Y gets scanned at 45 min. after the
hour, if it lynches at 7pm the moderator may request a tally to be
posted from the game page before 7:45pm. it will also be posted
regardless of whether or not it has been changed since the last
posting) - Do this by clicking on the 'Retrieve Final Lynch Time Vote' link.

4. You will need to note which players were killed via the lynch or at night by
either posting [killed jmilum] in the thread, or by going to the game
page and editing the player list. When posting in the thread, be sure to post
[dusk] before posting the lynch kill, and post [dawn] before
posting the night kill.
Example:
A. lynch time has passed so post [dusk]
B. goto the game page and select a final tally to be posted
C. check the final tally and post [killed melsana]
D. after the night deadline has passed post [dawn]
E. post the night kill with [killed kima]

Your Moderator has chosen to use the Longest Held Last Vote method for a tiebreaker - This is just for Cassandra system, and there may be a different tiebreaker specified by your Moderator in the ruleset.

Oh, Yiatzi. Do I detect a gleam in the back of an eye, possibly a bit of a lupine grin lurking around the corners of your mouth? Is there a hint of blood on your breath?

Meanwhile, back in his safe house, Mister Fix pulls out a quill and quietly opens a book, where he scratches a note onto one of its pages. If you were to peer over his shoulder and read it, you would see this:

I've decided to [vote yiatzi]. I've yet to see any real reason for this, but the fear is driving me mad, and his actions along with his oh-so-willing possible accomplice, rgatti, lead me to believe that they are plotting against me. My prior experience with this yiatzi character cannot influence my thoughts on him now, nor do I know the depths to which rgatti will sink if he is desperate. I throw this vote blindly into the night, hoping that my blade strikes a true heart of darkness. If I am wrong, I will have to purge the blood from my hands.
