going to win decisively in an emotional game tomorrow versus a team which they owe a can of whoopa$$ to from '08 while honoring the memory of the son of their offensive coordinator.

45-17 would be a score I expect. Our defense is healthy, our defensive coordinator and head coach are prepared, we'll be back with Clifton and Bulaga on our line, and the offense is raring to go.

The Giants don't have the horses to hang with Green Bay.

Never count out the Giants when it comes to the post season. The Packers are better, but the Giants front four could cause some damage. I predict the score will be much closer than 45-17, come on they aren't the Broncos.

The Packers are fine. As a Giants supporter, I find the team performs inversely proportional to my faith in them. Right now, I feel like they can win, so they'll probably crap the bed.

I'm trying to convince myself it won't end up like the 'Niners game in some ways.

But the Packers have always stepped up and adjusted when it came to the playoffs, and I keep thinking that Capers' defense has been playing an awful lot of vanilla lately, like in the entire Detroit game. Look for them to do some things differently to make Manning make mistakes.

Did anyone catch that our backup qb, without two running backs and key offensive players, with a second string defense to support him, won a game and set a team record for touchdowns?

The Packers won 15 games because they're better prepared and deeper than any team in the league. The Giants starters are talented in most areas, but they lack depth, and they'll be needing to play an awful lot of dime defense successfully to win.

I just think that Green Bay is finally healthy, and now they have the emotion of the loss of Joe Philbin's kid (funeral was Friday), and his return to coach today (which was a surprise) to drive them. They're due for a dominant performance. If the Packers don't turn the ball over, they'll win, and if they grab a couple of turnovers (which is most likely), they'll win big.

Who have the Giants beaten during their "resurgence" that was any good? Dallas? Jets? Falcons? Who did they lose to? Redskins. Saints. Eagles. If the close moral victory against the packers is their proof of strength, I feel much better about today.

Yep... I like Eli and wish him well, but I kinda think they're gonna be in trouble in a few hours. (Of course, I also thought the Saints would have no trouble with the Niners, so shows what I know...)

Truthfully, though, I like both teams - so I'm just hoping it's a good game - say, more like yesterday's early game and not so much like the late game...

Her's hoping it's like the late game with the Home team winning big and fast. Tight games make me very nervous.

Just like the Patriots, the hands down favorite to win the AFC. This year the Packers and Patriots are going to completely demolish the the old saying that defense wins championships.

The 2 worst defenses (yardage wise) are going to be in the Super Bowl.

...gonna have a nice showing at the Pro Bowl.

I cannot congratulate the Giants as much as I must denigrate the complete coaching and player performance of my own team. Now I know what it feels to be a Giant's fan, truly.

Well, it was a really, really enjoyable season, but it's still a complete failure.

I had to come here and admit how wrong I was. The stockholders' meeting will likely be a bit more tense this year in Green Bay.

Seriously - Leavey is not going to be allowed to ref again this season. He's been horrific.
