Hi,

I'd like to be able to reward other users with microbadges directly, instead of giving them GG to purchase them.

Gifiting microbadges has been suggested a number of times before (e.g., Allow users to buy Microbadges for their geekbuddies?, Buying microbadges for other users or Gifting Microbadges).
As discussed in those threads, there would need to be some kind of safeguard to prevent abuse of the feature (having the gifted user explicitly accept the gifted microbadge, or have the whole thing implemented in a coupon type manner, for example), so people wouldn't automatically be gifted with badges they might feel were offensive or in someway inappropriate.

Yep - so it ain't gonna happen, and that's a good thing. Just give 'em 8gg with a note saying "buy yourself a nice microbadge".

It's fun, it's healthy, it's good exercise. The kids will just love it. And we put a little sand inside to make the experience more pleasant.

You know, they say there was a man who jumped from the forty-FIFTH floor? But that's another story...
