in the 90's it was; Double Dare, Splat, Guess Who, Jurassic Park the Game, Hands Down, I'm telling

I don't remember what happened to these games. Maybe they were sold in a yard sale sometime in the 90's. I remember that the Double Dare helmet did not fit me anymore

I also remember that I loved the smell of the twister mat and then laying down on it

I remember playing Payday A LOT around the mid-late-80ies/early-90ies but apart from that can't really recollect what other game I might have played enough to mention here except the one and only game I can safely assume to have played even more (and a lot more) than Payday and also the only one to be remotely eligible for a status of personal mild obsession is HeroQuest ! A glorious game back then and still a solid choice nowadays.

I only confess a mild obsession though because so far I simply cannot make myself pay the ridiculous prices for some of the most sought-after expansions and therefore my collection is far from complete.

If you seek true HQ obsessed geeks, I guess Slev and ToCo are the first to come to mind among a lot of others !

And the one that most on BGG have never seen is: Hocus Pocus

My sisters and I played the hell out of it in the early 70's even though the game play was kind of lame the game pieces were awesome! Glow in the dark bunnies that shoot out of a magic hat!

I am still trying to get a copy of it to take to the next family gathering. My sisters will lose it if I can get a copy.

+1

Although I played the other countries, I played Germany the most and after many years of playing about once a month I finally came up with an iron clad strategy. Then we got Axis & Allies revised.
