Does anyone have any definitive information on certifying/testing a product to the European standards in order to put the CE symbol on a game box? I know what it is, and why it is needed, but I can't find a clear path to information on how to test/certify, which I have heard is possible to do without using an agency or go between and paying a ton of money to have it done.

Any help is appreciated.
