I would love to see a deluxe treatment of Nemo's War, one of my favorite solitaire games ever.

I should think No Retreat 2 would be a natural pick given the success of No Retreat, but only time (and sales numbers) will tell. Hopefully this time they won't tinker with the rulebook so much.

All the States of Siege games are together. I'd love to have a snazzy version of Soviet Dawn. With all the faux-ryllic removed...

I, too, would really like a copy of Soviet Dawn with GMT components and without the faux Cyrillic. However, to be honest, I would have been more likely to pick it up if it had come out as a stand alone game in an issue of C3i (like Battle for Moscow) than in the bundle of three games that they plan.

Yes, I'm essentially buying that pack for Soviet Dawn. But I'm sure the other games will see the table at some point or another.

Yeah, I second that: if it's one of their solitaire titles, then I won't feel like I have to buy it, ha ha.

For example, I think Bulge 20 is a great game, with a lot more depth & replayability than I expected, but I don't need another copy. I also don't feel like GMT's version of No Retreat was an improvement over the VPG one; the only good thing about it is that it increased the game's visibility.

Very unlikely on both counts, since the designer did most of the tinkering himself and has not enjoyed the experience of the increased workload involved.

Well, women often give birth more than once. I remain hopeful.

I vote for all the States of Siege games together.

Really, I'd probably only buy VPG treatments which were
bundled. My impression is there's not a great deal of
game in each one.

It varies from title to title, but there's a surprising amount of game in those little ziplocs of joy.

Played two so far, and I'll certainly pick up more
used if I see 'em cheap enough, but I can't say they're
worth more than most old SPI mag games to me. Bundling though,
definitely makes them more attractive somehow. Right now, I'm
debating on the revolution pack preorder.

I went for "No Retreat 2" since I am a huge fan of No Retreat. And I have heard nothing but good things about "The Barbarossa Campaign."

I went for Caesar XL - it's a nifty little game that could really use the GMT treatment.

Think of A House Divided system applied to an ancients setting along with a modified card assist deck, Roman politics, barbarians, short rules, and fast and furious fun gameplay.

Amongst all the the games in the prolific VPG catalog, I think Caesar XL would probably benefit the most from an upgrade.

I love my GMT copy of No Retreat and I've P500'd Revolt and Fading Glory, but I was a tad disappointed that No Retreat didn't really get much of a graphic update.

I'd love to see a GMT version of Nemo, but only if the version builds on the great graphics that it has rather than just publish it in a box with a mounted map and glossy cards. Use the extra space on the cards to jazz it up and expand on the theme! Or I definately go for a GMT version of Koenig's D-Day series if they were pimped out, I mean, given a graphic upgrade a la "Bulge 20" (I love that map and those cards, for example).

I'd also be interested in a new version of Caesar, but I think Alan has mentioned that a new edition is already in the works at VPG.

On the other hand Wheatfield already looks so great, I'm not sure what GMT could do to upgrade it. Perhaps when Wheatfield's expansion/sequals are developed, there will be more reason to package them all together in a nice GMT box.
