Hi,
in the rules it says that militia converts on unit to unit basis and garrison from point to point.
And for milita they spell it out but not quite for garrisons in my opinion.

Does this mean that a 10 pt garrison unit becomes 1 strength brigades or that it could become two 5 strength divisions or even a full 10?

How do you interpet the rules and if you use a house rule, how do you play it when it comes to conversions?

best regards
Fred

Hello,

Militia conversions are very strict - unit for unit.

Garrison conversions you have 100% flexibility.

You could take your 10 Garrison points and make 3-3,3-3,3-3,1-3.
or even 10 1-3's.
or just one 10-3.

Your Choice. (That is the way the rules are - no house rule needed)

Depends on where you are in the game, and what you need.

Thanks - Lou
