I think this is from the LA Times.

MGA won the case, and 80 plus million.

At the time Mattel was planning to appeal. I don't know if they did.
Does anyone else have info on this case? Or is it now final/dropped?

LA Times: "This time around, jurors heard not only the copyright claims but also accusations from each company that the other side stole trade secrets. Among its claims, MGA accused Mattel of sending employees into its showrooms at industry trade shows to spy on its products".

So this 'spying' at tradeshows issue is not taken lightly by other companies either. Many years and hundreds of millions of dollars spent
on this case.
Very serious allegations and results.
This is what we have been talking about.

And it would be nice if the 'admins' would stop moving our threads
to the 'complaints' section - to give a totally biased view on our issues to the bgg community. BGG who cries about SOPA 'censorship' are the biggest 'censors' we have ever encountered. These issues are vital and important to us, no matter what bgg thinks themselves. There is no free speech on bgg. Only bgg sanctioned speech. We will continue to speak
out about what we see as illegal activities in the industry, especially when they affect our products, and others as well.

We will start making these issues more public if bgg continues to censor; and the people
responsible for stealing games, game ideas, and making false statements keep it up.

So you are complaining that your complaints are being classified as complaints?
