I don't know. However there is a place on the internet called What TheFont. You can upload a scan of the text on the box and the program will try and match a font to it.

I could have sworn it was univers Ultra Condensed Bold, especially as the the in-game text looks all univers 55 to me.

But I am now unsure, how did you arrive at Compacta?

ADD: several other RAS designs also seem to field univers fonts. Or am I missing something?

My interest was in the Situation Card titles and the title on the game box. I'm pretty confident it's Compacta Bold.

For other fonts in the game, no idea, but would be delighted to have a canonical list of such fonts for reference.

FWIW, my font preferences run towards the Computer Modern family, which probably a consequence of my preferring toolchain for typesetting.
