I'll be in Hong Kong next week. What's a good gamestore to visit? And are there any must-buy games there?

(I'll surely buy their monopoly deal advance cards)

There is only one euro/ameritrash game shop in Hong Kong, but they have lots of games.

WAR GAMES CLUB
8/F HUA CHIAO COMMERCIAL BUILDING
678 NATHAN ROAD
MONGKOK

When there pick up their (licensed) version of Battle Line. Its great, much better than the Western version. Its in Chinese, but that doesn't matter,(just print out the English rules here on the Geek) card stock, flags, box etc. is of a very good quality. Highly recommended. Also, grab their licensed version of Keltis- the Card Game. Again, great card stock, sturdy box. (rules can be found here on the Geek)

Then visit to Ladies Market, be warned there they have pirated copies of some games so don't buy it... HOWEVER, there is the German version of Loot, named Korsar (the earlier version of Loot), a little square black box with red sailing ships on it. I actually bought it because (I don't like the regular art on Loot and prefer the 17th century art style of Korsar) the card stock and everything looks like the real deal. So my guess its genuine. You can buy it for HK$25 or so. Just haggle, if they don't except walk away, then they will call you back to buy it at the price you mentioned. Insert is in Chinese, but again, you can simply find the rules here. There are several stalls that are selling it, all the way near the beginning of the street market.

If you are lucky you will find a bilingual release of the Coachride to Devil's Castle. Linen cards, good stock. Small box. Nice!
