As we all know, burritos are a way of life and we had BurrEato month to celebrate that. My question is that as a way of life why is every month not a BurrEato month? Discuss.

Also, I have discovered that whipped cream is good on burritos.

I'm picturing a dessert burrito with homemade mexican chocolate ice cream with a hint of chili peppers all wrapped in a flour tortilla that is then flash fried, e.g. (sopapilas or fried ice cream), sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon, then drizzled with homemade chocolate sauce and topped with whipped cream. Still a burrito, no?

Whipped cream? Sounds more like a crepe.

As for BurrEato month, it can't happen every month because:

(a) I'd end up divorced.
(b) I would grow to hate burritos.
(c) I can't afford gastric bypass; if I keep eating that many burritos, I will definitely need it.

p.s. I'm super-excited that I got to respond to this before Rudy even thumbed it. He's getting slow in his old age.

Not a dessert burrito. I mean on a regular burrito. I absolutely love the dynamic of savory and sweet together and experiment with food combinations all the time. I've posted this one somewhere else, but I also have found that Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Oatmeal is a great substitute for refried beans to get that savory/sweet combo going.

He has an alarm connected to his in-box to wake him. He takes quick 1 minute power naps in between thumbing. ..

You are free to eat burritos all year round. We do BurrEato one a year so as not to cheapen the celebration.

Of course they are still burritos, but they taste better with RFB.
Unless you add cinnamon sugar and whip cream. Then you're allowed to leave the beans out to improve the flavor.

There can only be one answer to that question... "yes, one more"

Black Beans > Re-fried Beans

Also, you don't need too many types of filling to make a great burrito.

There is no response. It is a rhetorical question.
