A wins the kick off. Does the turn for B begin at that point, or does A get to move a player up to two spaces as per a regular turn, and then B gets a turn as usual?

From the rulebook:
"The manager with the highest roll places the ball on his player in the centre circle. Now he must kick the ball, a number of spaces equal to the difference between the 2 die rolls. Further rules are the same as in each TURN, see B. (curved pass), C., D. and E. on next page."

TURN rule D is "Move to the passed ball", so you can move a player, who didn't touch the ball, up to 2 spaces towards the ball.
Then TURN rule E tells "Then the other manager has a TURN and so on.".

OK, the rule reads alright. (I also read it Dutch, French and German to see if a different phrasing would help, but for whatever reason, my brain wouldn't process this bit -- seems obvious enough though.) Thanks for the quick response. I'm really enjoying the game. First time a I used the foul rules, within the first 6 minutes, a Dutch player was fouled by a Brazilian in the penalty area -- penalty kick and GOAL! Very fun game. I've opened a forum on ConsimWorld.

Yesterday I agreed with a graphics artist about making more teams.
And I want to place it on Kickstarter, so that people can choose teams, can sponsor the logos on shirts or can let a player look like them (within limits laugh ). My wish is to make many teams available, for low costs that cover the production costs (so for promoting the game). I didn't do anything at Kickstarter yet. Ideas?

Those are all great ideas. Backers on Kickstarter love to be able to make input into a game. I say go for it. I'll back it.
