Just a quick rules question: In the rules it states that an infantry unit assaulted in urban terrain by unescorted AFVs gets a +2 to its AP firepower. Whet effect does this have, since defending units don't get to shoot?
Overall I'm having a lot of fun with the game...thanks!

Eleazar, the infantry platoons receive a bonus against AFVs in urban terrain when they are the ones assaulting, not the other way around.

2.3.2 Infantry / During assaults against unescorted AFVs in urban terrain, infantry will receive an extra +2AV when attacking, in addition to the usual +2AV assault modifier.

The assault rules (in my book) mention infantry assaulting or being assaulted, which is I'm guessing why this question was asked.

But in any case, thanks for the answer, it clarifies the overall intent and implementation completely.

I was going to quote the original rule, but I see that the rules PDF file posted at LNL is different from the printed rulebook in my game. This might be the source of confusion (the revised version posted online appears to have some clarifications built in, which would pre-empt this question, maybe others).

Is there any way to get a list of those clarifications? Thanks in advance.

I have only played three scenarios so far but I have a very positive reaction to this game, and as I'm playing more I like it more and more. It is a very creative and fresh design. Thanks for bringing it to us.

Unfortunately, I haven't kept an exact track of the rules updates. Sometimes I go ahead and update them as soon as something is brought up to my attention, and sometimes I keep a list of things to work on and proceed to fix them when I get the necessary free time.

This is a good idea though and, starting with the next update, I'll also post the list of changes along with the rulebook.

Thanks for the fast reply. I'm glad the rules are updated, regardless of how it's done.

And on second thought maybe instead of a comprehensive list (which at this point seems hard to do anyway), a printer friendly version of the pdf file (sans backgrounding or whatnot) would be better.

Either way, thanks for the ongoing support of this game. I am impressed by the creativity and originality of the design. It is a very good game.

Thanks Peter.

I have already took note to make a b&w version of the rules, which I'll try to upload here on BGG, along with the regular ones hosted by LNL. Can't tell when will that happen, as the coming week will be a bit busy for me, but soon.
