Hello,
Can you please recommend a nice pocket game for 2 players(something that we can easily carry around)? We currently have Innovation for this, but looking for something new.

Also can you recommend a light 2 player game that plays in ~15-20 mins(setup included)? Currently using Carcassone for this.

Thank you.

Mr. Jack Pocket. It's small and portable and you can play a game in more or less 10-15 minutes.

As nice pocket game I highly recommend Race for the Galaxy - the box itself is larger but it will easily fit into much smaller one.

Citadels may also work for you - it is better with 3-4 players but I like it also with 2. It also fits as 20min 2p game.

Onirim is an easily portable 1 or 2 player cooperative game.

Mystery Rummy: Jack the Ripper or any of the Mystery Rummy series are good and portable.

Micropul can be made small enough to carry around and is a fun abstract.

I would have thought Hive is the quintessential portable two player game. It even comes with a pouch for carrying it in.

Hive is a great game, but with 2 deep thinkers (or even with just one ), it will take much longer than 20 Minutes.

I´d suggest Hippos & Crocodiles.

See the geeklist Coin games for truly portable pocket games which you can probably play even if you forgot to pack a game ... I particularly enjoy Fight! and Coin Clusters.

+1 to Mr. Jack Pocket
+1 to Famiglia
+1 to Keltis: Das Kartenspiel (can also be played with Lost Cities rules, but comes in a smaller box and much lower price)
+1 to Citadels (2p is absolutely my favourite way of playing Citadels)

I don't know how small the box will actually be (I think it'll be small enough), but you can also consider Hemloch.

The Coin games suggestion is an excellent one (my, that list has grown!).

Otherwise a traditional card deck will do an excellent job.
Cribbage - with a little practice this can be quick.
Spit! - a speed game so might be finished in 20 minutes (or you could time it and stop after 20 minutes, largest deck loses)
WYSIWYG - A hand of this excellent tricktaker only lasts 5-10 minutes so you could play in instalments.
Haggis - Same with this.
Army Ants - Easily playable in 20.
Triumvirate
Court of the Medici
Casino

and when you end up in a social situation with many players you could always play basic The Resistance.

NB: All of the published games that are playable with a traditional card deck should be purchased (if possible) if you're playing them regularly.

Flash Duel: Second Edition

This has become our go to game to play while on the road or out and about.

Hive would probably be a close second if I could get my grubby hands on it.

+1 Innovation in one pocket and Innovation: Echoes of the Past should be in your other pocket. Is that Innovation in your pocket and the expansion in your other pocket or are you just... and so on

+1 Archaeology: The Card Game, but don't expect a low luck level.

I bought a Kosmos 2 player called Hellas. It looks like a small box. I don't know how it plays but some people seem to like it. In awhile after I've played what I've bought I'll just exchange what I don't like. So I recommend Hellas. Because some people like it but I don't know how it really plays. It might be small enough though.
