I am looking for suggestions for games that could be modified to be played in a sales environment.

A common example is is poker. Whenever you sell X you draw a card, the sales person with the best hand after a set timeframe wins a prize.

Looking for something a bit more gamey though. Thoughts?

What do you sell, how long of a period, and how many salespeople?

Period for us would be one week or one month. 15-16 sales people, so teams are doable. Usual targets are 3ish sales per week.

Hmm...like Ticket to Ride, maybe, with sales = trains on the boards, or even sales = a city-to-city connection?

this may be a silly thought but...

What if you planned a game of Ultimate Werewolf: Ultimate Edition for the end of the month. Each sale buys your sales person more time in which they are allowed to speak during the game. That way if they make more sales than they have a better chance of surviving till the end of the game.

That may be better for team building than to determine who wins a sales prize but it could be fun.

Hope that helps,
Redward
