I've not run across much by way of paper buildings, there are a few here:

http://cp.c-ij.com/en/contents/3152/list_15_1.html

And if you have the patience to sort through it there are tons of links to paper models on these pages:

http://cardfaq.org/faq/freeb.html
http://www.ss42.com/pt-buildings.html
http://www.zealot.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=633

These aren't paper models, but are worth checking out for the inspirational value, even if you still want paper models after seeing these

I've just measured an ashigaru - yari infantry base at 60 x 55mm - be careful on your scaling !

Nice links !

How about something in resin? Paper terrain is fine but doesn't always hold up well over time.

Peter Pig makes a nice 15mm paper model of a 15th cen Japanese village house (they also make them in resin).

If you want something that fits into more of a modern/edo period (16th cen) then this bar might suite you well (the site is in Japanese). This site also has modern signage print outs for N-scale.

Also in Japanese but easy to figure out. Not sure of the scale for these ones.
