Given 5th set of cards and workers of different colour, is it possible to extend the game to 5 players?
The only thing I'd change is the number of turns: 10.

Any thoughts?

I'd say it's very viable. They probably didn't do it in because of production expenses.

It wouldn't only require a 5th set of cards and workers but also more resources, since some players tend to save up a few for the more costly building tiles.

But you could do it by simply printing the 5th set of cards (perhaps sleeve or laminate them), you could use some simple chess pawns for workers if you haven't got anything better.

Then you would just need some additional back-up resources in case the ones that come with the game run out during the game.

Money should be no problem.

10 rounds sounds good but would need testing of course.
