From what I understand, there are guardians and guardian known as thunderstone bearers. Is this correct?

And the rules for a guardian, when it enters the dungeon hall is that is does not move from the highest rank. Is this rule just for the guardians or for the bearers too?

And, if they do not move, how do other monster enter the hall?

.....And, does this rule apply if you are playing the solo version?

hmmmmm!

You are correct, Thunderstone does have Guardians, and now Thunderstone Advance has Thunderstone Bearers which act as Guardians. This means that Abilities and Effects cannot move them, and if they are attacked and not defeated they remain in the Dungeon Hall.

Stramst is the only Thunderstone Bearer that does not move when the Dungeon Hall is refilled, due to Stramst's Global Effect. All other Thunderstone Bearers and Guardians will move as new Monsters enter the Hall.

These rules still apply to the solo game.

Many thanx and thumbs up for the clarification.

The rulebook says: "Finally, the Thunderstone Bearer cannot be
defeated if another non-Thunderstone Bearer
Guardian remains in the dungeon hall!"

Does that mean, that the Thunderstone Bearer will escape most of the time, since he moves as normal, and the game ends, when he reaches rank 1?

Only if you have an additional guardian in the hall when the bearer surfaces. Since the typical setups calls for just one guardian (the bearer), this rule wouldn't come into effect.
