Hello David!

The Winds of War variant and the Summer League scenarios are independent of each other. Unfortunately, there are not yet enough Official Variant cards for me to fill 2 complete click-to-buy Artscow decks.

http://www.boardgamegeek.com/article/7680098#7680098
This link contains all of the cards from all 5 of the Summer League scenarios in one Artscow deck.

http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/673912/click-to-buy-arts...
This link only contains cards for the first 3 Summer League scenarios but fills out the rest of the deck with the Winds of War Variant.

So, the best thing to do if you want both variants is to purchase the first link for the complete set of Summer League cards in one go.
Then, to get the Winds of War cards, you will have to create your own deck by manually adding the cards from the album link found HERE and filling out this deck with other Artscow cards as mentioned in the linked thread.

If you want more information about what these two variants are:

The PDFs for the Winds of War variant are HERE and HERE.

Richard's Summer League PDF links are compiled HERE.

If you need more help just let me know.

Keep Defending the Realm, David.

Ordered both. Thank you.

I also had time to look over the Summer League variant. Thanks for the link. For those that haven't looked this variant over yet, I encourage you to do so ASAP.

It is simply fantastic... I was astonished by the depth of these variants.. New cards, new quests, new generals, new rules, new campaign style setups that are affected by the results in preceding scenarios... Again this is fantastic! Kudos to Richard for doing all of this. In this day and age, I am simply astounded to find a game designer willing to go to this length without charge. You have earned a customer for life here for sure. Very excited! Thanks!
