Hi all,

I have the chance to purchase the Eggertspiele English version of this game at a considerably lower price than the Z-Man edition.

I am wondering why there is such a price gap.
Are there any differences in the materials of the two game editions I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance.

I'd guess that the Z-man version had to be imported, thus more expensive than the "native" version.

OK, so basically they are the same.

Thank you.

Should be. I do know that my Eggertspiele English Kaispecher works with my Z-man base game just fine. Slight colour differences on the card backs, but that's usually the case, even from the same manufacturer.
