Hello! I am looking for a WW2 squad level wargame with these requirements in order of priority:

1) under 2/1:30 hour
2) low density of counters
3) lots of objectives and scenario building rules (if possibile)
4) free deployment
5) light/medium complexity rules
6) as much as possibile possibilities and vehicles/weapon/items to use
7) if cards are in, hope they will not drive the game or condition the player choices

Thank You!

Any of the games on this GeekList should do the trick.

I'm fond of Lock 'n Load myself. But before you choose that, try a free print-and-play LnL demo game.

Conflict of Heroes: Awakening the Bear! – Russia 1941-42 satisfies every point in your list. I love the system, the components are excellent, and it's so much fun to play. I use the variant rule "All Activated" to make it a better simulation, but start with the rules out of the box and then add those in. The All Activated rule doesn't make the game any more difficult.

You might want to consider Band of Brothers: Screaming Eagles. We've really enjoyed this game.

I to am really enjoying Band of Brothers. It's been a good step up from Memoir 44... got rid of the 'cards driving the game play' complaint we had with MM'44. Not overly complicated, but for sure more complex (more math) then MM'44 for combat.
