As you can see in the image below, my wristband from BGG.CON 2011 isn't holding up very well; much of the color has faded, and the colored layer has separated from the clear layer & is disintegrating. At this rate, I may need another wristband at BGG.CON 2012.

Frankly, it appears to me that the convention planners failed to consider the difficult environmental conditions which exist outside of BGG.CON.

If you would have cut the other hand off, I think you'd find the wristband slips off quite easily, and you would have just been able to slide it back on for 2012.

Ooh a little higher, now a bit to the left, a little more, a little more, just a bit more. Oooh yes, that's the spot!

Check the fingers in the partially buried hand Chad, that's not Rusty's other hand (which admittedly may be buried a little deeper), that's somebody else's hand. Aldie may have guessed it.

BTW, I think that wristband is holding up quite well, most of the problems are just glare from the flash, I think Rusty is pulling our legs.

What I want to know is -
is he burying someone, or
is he digging someone up?

And does the half-buried wrist have a BGG.con wristband on it?

A grave mistake on their part to be sure.

A good question, that's how we would find out if they are bio-degradable or not (the wrist or the wristband really)

Why are we still discussing wrist-band reuse? I thought it was a dead issue.

Perspecitve. The pinky is sticking up a little and so it appears to be invisible with the background of the ring finger behind it.

When green is all there is to be, it could make you wonder why. But why wonder? I'm green, and it'll do fine: it's beautiful, and I think it's what I want to be.

Ditto, and ditto. The same thing happens when watching LoTR: (not well represented by this image...)

Yeah, I was pondering something similar. Is that an ex-farmhand, or has stem cell research gone organic and he's growing a farm of hands?
