5 players - the whole thing - experienced players - plan for 8 hours.

We play it two-player. We can do a turn in about an hour. It's a sudden-death game, so one never knows exactly how many turns it will go. We average three turns, so: 3 hours. (Max is five turns.) But we know it well. Add at least a couple of hours your first game!

We played our first game last weekend.
4 players, 0 experience, 4 turns to victory, 12 hours.

In hindsight, deciding to play the fourth turn at 2.30am was probably a mistake. However it's a good game and I reckon that this time would be as much as halved the next time we play - say 90 minutes a turn.

If you are playing with a group of very experienced players, expect 1 hour per turn. With beginning players, expect 2+ hours per turn.

In my 5 last games (recorded in BGG), all with 3 players, duration has varied from 3 hours (1 Turn lenght) to 11 (!) hours (5 Turns length).

Because of unexpected end of game, duration is variable, but I think a lot of games will end in about 2-3 Turns (Europe Exhausted Event will often close the game).
