Hello,
Sorry for my bad english...

I search the rules system for bow and arrow in the first edition of DQ.

I have the new version of the Rules (FFG) and i want to play with the miniatures of Heroes of Dungeonqest.

Thank you very well for your aid.

Why for this life there's no man smart enough, life's too short for learning every trick and bluff.

An answer a year late probably won't help you much, but I'll answer anyway.

El-Adoran has 4 arrows.
In a non-sneak-attack combat you can choose to fire an arrow before selecting your response to the monster card. Your response is set to 'attack', you lose one arrow and you roll a die:

1-2 miss monster
3-4 1d3 damage to monster
5-6 kill monster (or 3 damage to champion of chaos)

1-3 miss death warrior/skeleton
4-5 1d3 damage to death warrior/skeleton
6 kill death warrior/skeleton

The person with the monster card then tells you if the monster ran away, is dead, or is alive, then you have the option to fire one more arrow. After that, if the monster is still alive, you start combat.
