It is RogertheDumpling/Imperial Balkania's Turn

PREVIOUS GAMES
GAME 1
FUTURE GAMES
Game 3

GAME 2-
No spoilers, YET!
This post is currently complete.

Starting Game setup is as follows:

Faction Starting Powers

ICELAND:H
ARGENTINA

NEW GUINEA:W
EASTERN US

MADAGASKAR:H
NORTHERN EUROPE

ARGENTINA:H
WESTERN AUSTRALIA

CENTRAL AMERICA:H
INDONESIA
Unopenend packs
- 9 minor cities placed
- Player eliminated
- Player Signed the Board Twice
- World Capital is about to be placed
- Third GREEN scar is placed
- 3 missiles in the same combat
- 30+ troops played on the same turn by a player who still has a missile remaining
- DNOE At the beginning of game 10, if 3 (non bonus) packs have been opened, Majority vote open them
- Otherwise DNOE opens when
a) 5 (non bonus) packs are opened,
b) a pack was not opened last game
c) it is the beginning of a game
d) it is game 10 or later.

This is the SECOND game of what will hopefully be a full 15 game campaign. If spoilers exist withing a post, the game title will contain SPOILER (the title will be edited after the fact if a pack is opened mid-game). The opening post will list all spoilers that are contained within the post. The opening post will also contain the Starting Map board for the game, the Sideboard, and links to previous battles (and will probably contain forward links to the next battle).

In order to keep Digital Earth #0005 alive, enjoyable and played, a rule for Response timer has been set.

Response timer:
• You have 72 hours to respond after your turn has been announced.
• Should you fail to respond in time, your turn will be skipped and you can return to the game on your next turn. Your natural reinforcement units for the skipped turn will be added to your HQ, or to your largest force if no HQ is available to your faction. This will occur instantly on your subsequent turns, until you post again to say hello. If the a new game starts and you still have not responded, you may get replaced. If your faction held on, a coin will randomly get assigned to a card. If you got eliminated, any choice required will be similarly randomized.
• At the start of a new game, a player who has missed a 72 hour window and has not yet responded will get replaced by unanimous consent of the remaining players.

First rule can be overruled if you inform rest of the Digital Earth #0005 players of duration of your absence within given 72 hours, or prior to your turn. No excuse is necessary as long as your absence remains within reasonable time frame.

Also note:
• Turns will be contained within a single post. Additional attack rolls can be handled easily with the "Add a Roll" at the bottom of a post.
• Playing of Scars/Missiles will be handled by Conditional Orders on a need to know basis.
WRITE YOUR FRICKING CO'S. DO IT. DO IT NOW. EDIT IT WHEN IT CHANGES. WHEN YOU SAY "HEY, I WOULD HAVE DONE BLAH," THEN ADD IT TO YOUR CO FOR NEXT TIME. IT'S a PITA to scroll through a thread looking for COs. NO CO? NO SCAR or MISSILE PLAY out of turn. quote and copy cos from other games if you need help for structure.
That said, READ ALL APPLICABLE COs before and after rolling a single attack. If you miss an applicable CO, ALL ROLLS AFTER THAT CO IS RESOLVED (even if it's no, go ahead) MUST BE REROLLED. Don't lose your lucky winning streak because you missed someone's co. No applicable co? your streak stays.

• DEFAULT MISSILE CO, ALWAYS WAIT BEFORE CONTINUING IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
Defender has a missile and its use would convert a double loss into a double win.
Defender has a missile and its use would prevent the defender from being reduced to 1 defender.
Defender has a missile and its use would reduce the attacker to fewer dice.

Defender does NOT have a missile, but is defending an HQ which would give the attacker a victory, AND ANYONE other than the attacker has an unused missile, AND it's use would cause the previous three conditions.

Two missiles have been played on this combat, and there exists a third missile that is possible to use.

Please don't use the default missile co to not create a co of your own. Even "just apply the default missile co to me" is better than nothing.

Re: Digital Earth #0005 - Game 2
I'm cool with Tapwater joining the party. These long delays have been throwing my game off, and it's bad enough already.

CG nice touch adding the continent color to the city background, btw.

I'd also like to piss and moan that in the first game I just saw some improbable, if not ridiculous, dice rolling on the part of Swank. Watch out though; 996/1000 is a pretty good start to a comeback. But ya, well done Swank and the good 'ol BGG dice roller.

I picked Khan as well as Indonesia before you. You can't place your HQ adjacent to another player's HQ.

I would just like to note on my real life game, I came back to win from just such a duel, after getting knocked down to a single troop on a single territory.
