Lava Flow @: All fire summons get speed +2 until end of turn.
This one is pretty easy, as it is clearly stated how long it lasts.

The Concept of Peace @: H1: All summons with the chosen element get attack power +1
Is this a permanent change?
Does it include summons controlled by other players?

Fiery Warhorse C1: Switch speed and range stats
Is this a permanent change? How do you keep track of that?

No, catalysts that have to be activated for their effect last until end of turn (unless differently stated) and can be re-used after the reactivation phase of its controller.

Yes, all Summons are affected by it. If not, it would have said: "All summons in your control... etc"

Abilities of Summons that need energy or activation, like Fiery Warhorse, last until end of turn in which it is "unleased". An example of a Summon with a continous ability is the Undead Berserker: [Attack power +1 for each 2 summons in your discard pile]
