I've read the rules but I found the definition of Army:
Quote:
All friendly Army units, Leaders and Characters inside a single region form an Army.

I believed that at least one unit and any number of Characters or Leaders in a region form an Army.

Then, can I consider one or more Characters in the same region as an Army (and move a Character or a group of Characters by using an Army die)?

For it to be an Army at least one Army unit (Regular or Elite) must be in the region.
