Hi, I have what I believe to be a 2nd printing of Gloom (has $21.95 printed above the barcode on the back of the box) and I have the expansion Unhappy Homes.

The event cards from both of these sets are red text plates with white text. I recently purchased the last expansion Unfortunate Expeditions and the these have the Event cards with white text plates and red text and are much easier to read.

Are the new prints of the Base set, Unhappy Homes & Unwelcome Guests of this new style printing and have the event cards with white text plates and red text?

Also does anyone have any card manifests to show what cards are in what sets.

Thanks
Andy.

Hi - I just happened across your questions.

We shifted production of the game to the US when we reprinted the base game, Unhappy Homes and released Unwelcome Guests. At the same time we updated the design of the card faces, as you've noted, to increase legibility. (Along the way we also made a typeface change, but I don't recall if we did that on the 2nd printing in India or if it also came with the move to the US.) In the fine print on the boxes, it says either "Printed in USA" or "Printed in India" -- if it's USA, you know the cards inside have the newer design.

Card lists are available on our website.
