can mists of zanaga be played solo?,and if so can any geekers tell me how to go about it please

Yes, very easily.
You can use any of the different solo rules that are floaing around.
Certain end bosses in Mists have a win condition so you can just play against that.
Or you can use the crappy rules found in the base game.

They are in the file section for the Runebound page on here. Go to that page, find the files section and sort by Hotness. They should be the first entry on the list.

Also, for the solo rules you will need a threat track. Here are a couple free ones:

I also recommend Cities of Adventure, a free variant expansion. I mix it in with whatever end-game I'm playing, and I make the city dice-rolls be an optional thing I can do upon visiting a city, depending on how I'm faring in the game, rather than mandatory.
