Would anybody consider putting together a compendium of solutions for the old and new versions of SHCD? I know the old version shows the clues Holmes needed to complete his 'solution', but it has no detail whatsoever. I would fund the effort with a large amount of GG...say 50? Considering how thrifty Holmes is, a single page would likely work posted to the game files on BGG. I know it would save people a great deal of time...

I'm confused -- isn't the point to try to solve the mystery on your own and then compare to Holmes?

I know my version shows both the clues Holmes used and the narrative explains his reasoning.

My version has no narrative, only the clues visited and a quiz (which is little help). As I have noted in another post, without a real explanation, I am still mystified as to how Holmes knew the culprit with 100 percent certainty in case 1. I knew who was the culprit, after a large number of clues, but nothing I would say is definitive.

Second half of the case book is the solutions section.
