I got Blokus 3D in a math trade and love it, but the turn table doesn't slide smoothly anymore, so it's safer just to turn the whole thing rather than slide the middle part around. It doesn't look deformed though, it's just that there's too much friction. Any suggestions on how to make it slide again? Smear vaseline on it or something?

Vaseline sounds like a very bad sticky idea.

Maybe WD-40 or graphite would work OK.

5 years later, but maybe someone needs it down the road:
Just grab a paper towel and rip it to size. Place it between base and turn table. This works like a charm on our copy. (Facial tissue/kleenex or a piece of cloth might work, too.)
