Hi, recently played a three player game and there was a tie for second place in one of the districts:

Player A, 3 houses
Player B, 2 houses
Player C, 2 houses

Does this give:
Player A, 5 points
Player B and C, 0 points

OR do they get bumped to the next level so
Player A, 5 points
Player B and C, 1 point

We ended up playing the last variant as it seemed to harsh
with zero points.

///. Tom

I don't have the rules in front of me, but I believe the tied players would get zero.

In your scenario, both B and C would be awarded a huge sum of 0 points for their effort. There are no points awarded for third place in a 3-player game, and both B and C would bump from second to third place in this case.
