So, it happenned.

Last time I was playing BSG I took the game to a friend's house. He doesn't own a dog but exactly that night a friend of ours (who was playing) asked if my friend could take care of his dog.

Long story short, when a crisis added another basestar to an already filled space, we start to look for the second basestar only to find its remains... (at least the dog was not a cylon - having destroyed a basestar. Oh the irony... the dog was a human!)

So, I sent an email to FFG Service to know what could be done but got no answer. It is time to appeal to the Geek Comunity!

Does anyone have a spare cardboard basestar and is willing to sell and ship it to Brazil ?? I pay paypal for it, specially the shipping cost that could be big (no idea, since it might fit an envelope).

Once you buy the Pegasus expansion, you'll use the plastic basestars, and you won't miss the cardboard ones.

Is that form new?

I don't recall filling out a form when we got a replacement board; I just sent an email to parts@fantasyflightgames.com.

yes it is new and it works fast.

Thanks everyone for your responses.

I've sent an email to FFG customer service about a week ago and they didn't answer. But I have just filled this form and will wait maybe another week to check if they contact me back.

If not, Robman and I have exchanged GM's and we can work this out.

Yeah, FFG customer service is pretty amazingly good. I had three Quorum cards go missing, and got a complete (basegame) set of large cards shipped to me.
