A ship reduced to %50 hull loses 1 speed.. Does it lose another speed if at %75 hull damage? At what point does a ship become dead in the water from hull hits?

No, no additional speed loss at 75% hull damage. A ship will not become DIW simply from hull hits. Any additional losses will be due to the CRT.

Keep in mind if a ship is reduced to speed-0 by damage, you may be able to repair it by 8.31.

So even if a ship has %90 of its hull gone, it's still only -1 speed?

I apply the following:

- 25% hull damage: -0.5 Speed

- 50% hull damage: -1 Speed

- 75% hull damage: -1.5 Speed

Note that plus speed sign (+) is similar to 0.5 speed.

Not bad..

I've been using the %50, -1 speed rule... and then I add another -1 speed at %75 hull, then dead in water on the next hull hit after %75 (not referred damage, but a clean hull hit on the damage tables)
