Yes, thats all part of the above table meta, but usualy action cards are kept close and private. Its up to you if younwant to reveal a card you have. A sly player may save a sabotage to kill,it with in an attempt to back stab you.

The only card you are not allowed to reveal is the Secret Objective (and, by implicit extension, the Preliminary Objective from Shards). It's usually unwise to reveal ACs and PCs, but there are benefits to it. With ACs, if you are going to be trading with Hacan, doing so blindly is likely not going to happen. With PCs, if you want the Assembly player to pick you, sometimes you may need to show it to him.

1 warsun and 2 fighter
going to attack my 2 destroyer

and I said

"I have direct hit

If 2 of my fighter barrage hit
your warsun is going down next"

but I said that I don't know is this allow by rule or not
