So basically she will be exactly the same..but just different material used to make her. Other then that...card stats are the same, right?

In this case it has been stated that they are the same size. With shipping though, this will end up being about $20 for the same character that will be included in Caverns of Roxor.

The only reason there were size differences in the first place is that the metals came out first, and at the time they were still tuning exactly what size they would settle on for the final release. Now that a size has been decided upon, everything released from here on out (special edition or not) should be in the same scale as the box set minis.
