Red Rock Canyon with worth 1/2 day or so of hiking. Bring water.

Hmm, this might be fun on my next trip to Brookhurst Hobbies. I'd love to hear more about it, as well as any other adventure possibilities that are near gaming stores or events.

Thanks!

Red Rock Canyon is west of Las Vegas Nevada. The original thread mentioned going to both "Vegas" and "Anaheim". Brookhurst Hobbies is in Garden Grove CA, which is next to (west of) Anaheim and Orange where Disneyland is. You can even take surface streets from one to the other - they are that close. Or you can take the expressway if you can figure out the 5-22-57 interchange surprise

Sorry for the confusion. But both are worth a visit if you are either going to Disneyland in CA or Vegas (the 'Disneyland for adults') in NV. The 'bring water' comment was in reference to the latter - Red Rock Canyon is rocky, dry, hilly desert.
