Subject: IGUK fail to deliver game and will not respond rss

Anyone know if IGUK are legitimate? I foolishly ordered D-day dice when they advertised having it in stock on 29th July - I'm reliably informed it didn't arrive in the UK until Tues 31st so they deceived me into placing an order. I've tried endlessly to contact them but no reply and no phone number. Now trying to get my money back.
Bought game from Shire Games instead - great service.

IGUK are one of the more reputable OLGS in the UK. They provide great service. Give them the benefit of the doubt. I am sure they will sort out a refund.

IGUK's reputation is beyond reproach. I have dealt with them for nearly ten years and never had a problem.

If you have used their free delivery service, bear in mind that this will take quite a bit longer, although I see the following on their site today:

"RRP: £29.99
Our Price: £27.49 Delivered!
You Save: £2.50 (8 %)
Availability: On order. (What does this mean?)

Email me when available.
"

Any company can make a genuine mistake. I don't feel that IGUK would risk their reputation by deliberately giving false information.

There weren't enough D-Day Dice to go round, more stock is expected to be delivered to retailers tomorrow, that is probably the cause of the problem.

Thanks for responses. Eventually heard from IGUK and refund on its way. Good to hear positive comments. Obviously I was just unfortunate. I'm sure they'll be fine in the future. Cheers.
