Today it was our part of the Supply Chain departments turn to put on a team building events.

Part of the hour was a game of Wits & Wagers but with the questions relating to things at work and part of our jobs.

Got people into teams of two matching up with people they don't normally work with. Introduced the game with an introduction round... Then after that the game begun.

I was impressed how much even the quiet ones were getting into it. At one point someone's watch ended up being bet as a joke.

I think they could have kept going for the afternoon if time wasn't an issue. The winning team got a bar of chocolate and got to pick themselves one of my handmade drawstring baggies (which I have extras of after pimping my games).

And the really awesome thing is I think some of them are thinking of tracking down a copy.

Has anyone else used their games at work as part of a team builder? I might need another idea in December.
