I just thought I would share this link with my fellow HeroQuestors, in case anyone is interested in adding more minis to their copy. I've pledged for the Vampire level with all the add-on figures (orcs included) and the case. Plus i pledged for a 2nd set up undead. When it arrives I will be mainly using this set for my HeroQuest.

If you are looking to change out your characters or need proxys this might be a good way to go.

I have made a few monster types in my rule file and I plan to make more when I get this set too.

Same here. I have a couple of them that I use for HeroQuest too but I can always use more heroes or whatnot. Since I will be going through it with a new group of players soon, it would be nice to not always have to use the "Chaos Sorcerer" for every special character.

I pulled the trigger on these. It's just too great a deal to pass up.

I specifically have Heroquest in mind for many of these.

Found some fanmade HQ sites to add more monsters so you can use those proxies!

Looking forward to Mike's new monsters as well. Having more than one set of stats for a mini is an amusing trick to spring on unsuspecting players...!

I think they might end up a tad bigger then the HeroQuest ones, but nothing game breaking. I have a couple of them and I use them for HeroQuest...no problems so far.

Might as well add that Johnny Lauck of MegaMiniatures fame (and thirteen years of retail experience plus one KS delivered within a few *weeks* after funding) is running a tavern-based metal miniatures "Dungeon Decor 2" KS. It's probably best if you also have other games, such as Conan, which have a tavern setting, but the KS includes tables you can use for HQ, and bookshelves are an add-on. Teeny-tiny weapons have been unlocked and can be used to make a weapons rack from. Mentioning this because it's pretty hard to find inexpensive weapon miniatures.
