Right now I am feeling very: turbed, pirited, heveled, combobulated, and not tinguished, so don't you dare "dis" me!

I just received my copy of Sunrise City today.
I have the appropriate number of zoning and building tiles.

However, I was a little surprised at the tile distribution for the zoning tiles:

13 Purple (multi-use)
15 Red (residential)
13 Blue (commercial)
11 Yellow (industrial)
8 Green (park)
6 specials (city hall + five others, one of each color)

However the building tiles were evenly distributed.
Considering each tile having a left-color and a right-color there were:
4 purple-purple
4 red-red
4 blue-blue
4 yellow-yellow
4 green-green
2 each of all other color combinations.

Is this correct?

I see that points for each half of the building tiles are as follows:
4=green (8 zone tiles)
3=yellow (11 zone tiles)
2=blue (13 zone tiles)
1=red (15 zone tiles)
0=purple (13 zone tiles)
And of course, the purple tiles are wild and match with anything.

I see now that the distribution is such that the colors worth more building points have fewer zoning tiles and vice-versa.

Correct?

Yes, your analysis is correct. Also note that no building tile scores less than two points, even the double-mixeduse tile.
