My family with two kids ages 10 and 8 just started Eurogaming a few months ago. We got instantly addicted! We're already up to about ten games and we've found that two of our favorite games are Carcassonne and Alhambra, both Big Box editions. We just love reaching into the bag and never knowing what tile one may draw. Can you recommend another tile placement game that plays optimally with four players and would be suitable for kids this age? The theme isn't important but something which can be enhanced with expansions would be best. Thanks!

Maori and Glen More come to mind.

(So does Fjords, but that's only 2-player.)

Edit: if they were just a bit older, I'd also say Tigris & Euphrates.
