for each year there is an index for each month. Those years are freely available on the web. For years 1984 to 1998 and 2007 to 2012 you need like a $16/year subscription though. Each month's contains 40 statistics so it's a good source of material. Always is a number, percentage or a date perfect for Wits and Wagers.

Just click on Archive and choose a year between 1999 to 2006 and then click on a month then click HARPERS INDEX to get the data.
