I bought the Caverns of Bane from a local hobby shop, returned home, opened the box, found that my game missing a card (randomizer).

I wrote an e-mail to AEG customer service, after one day, a reply e-mail received, a week later, the missing card came to my home.

No question asked, no postage asked (I live in Hong Kong).

Thunderstone is a great game and AEG is a great company.

Sounds like great service. I thought I had a card missing too, but it was just stuck to the back of another card - something about the finish, and the compacting of the cards in the shrink wrap that makes it easy to miscount cards.
