For those who have been eagerly waiting for this, it is finally posted in the official DVG website! After reading thru the rulesh, i find certain aspects remain unclear as to from which (and when) of the two sets of rules to use and not to use:
- game board?
- target card or battalion card traits
- suppression rules applicable for TAL aircraft?
- which decks to use during TB/OT(?)/HB phase?
- bandits/sites replacing pop-ups?
Would someone care to explain?
Perhaps lonesome gamer or Maraudo (or anyone) can make another walk thru video out of it (with appreciation), and which would be interesting to see how this would play out!

All your questions can be answered with "Play each Campaign as normal". You play a HL campaign with HL airplanes, HL board, HL targets, HL bandits/sites, etc. And parallel to that you play the same campaign in the TAL game with its board, airplanes, battalions, etc.
You use the HL board for the HL target and the TAL board for the TAL mission. You use the battalion traits for the TAL part and the target card traits for the HL part. If you fly a HL mission against the battalion/target use the target card and vice versa for TAL. If you attack a target which is also a battalion you use the traits for the game with which you attack it, HL or TAL. If you half it in HL the battalion is also halved, if you destroy it in TAL the target in HL is also destroyed. For targets/battalions without an equivalent in the other game you play them independently from the other game.
