We received our first order of demo decks of Psight yesterday from Superior POD. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of the cards and the box. The colors were consistent throughout all of the decks as was the cutting of the cards. The quality was certainly on par with a product you'd find in a local retail outlet.
Overall Product Quality: A+
We placed our order on Friday, August 4 with the basic 7 business day turnaround and our decks shipped from SPOD on Thursday, August 16 and we received them on Saturday, August 18. The 2-day delay in shipping was caused by a small issue we had with the bleeds on the tuck box (which SPOD fixed for us) and the fact that it was the days leading up to GenCon.
Overall Turnaround: A+
As far as customer service, our general questions were usually answered in 24-48 hours, not the greatest response times, but acceptable. When we addressed concerns over our order shipping (we were told it would ship Tuesday, August 14), those concerns were immediately addressed (within an hour) in a series of emails that addressed all of our concerns in a very timely and courteous manner.
Overall Customer Service: A-
We also found Superior POD's pricing to be the best available for small print runs. Combine the pricing with the options they have available and they are a perfect one-stop shop for all of your needs, whether it be cards, boxes, winks, dice, etc. Their system for uploading of necessary files is excellent and very easy to use with all of the templates they provide.
Overall Pricing/Options: A+
The overall satisfaction level of using Superior POD was very high. We will be using them for all of our small print run needs and would highly recommend their services to everyone.
