Paris is liberated, every panzer division is reduced, the allies have a 3:2 strength advantage yet all is not rosy in Monty's garden.

The alllies have 56 strong on map divisions facing 74 weak Germans. 10 allied divisions have 11 German divisions cooped up in festungs. 319th division in Jersey is as good as finished as Avranches and St Malo are in American hands. US VIth corps and French 1st army are making their way up from Marseilles. 1st Canadian army is strung out along the North Sea coast. Only British 2nd, US 1st and 3rd armies are actually on the Dutch German border. The allied line is single stacked with an innocent seeming gap between 1st and 3rd armies near Bastogne.

The 2 PLUTO markers are in Brittany and Provence. Only 1.5 ports, (Cherbourg and Marseilles) are up and running. US 9th army hopes to take Brest in a month or two which explains why they are so far from the front. Antwerp is taken but its estuary is in German hands. The red ball express will support airstrikes and corps artillery for only 2 weeks. Germany can draw 3 replacements and 2 supports a turn to the allies 2 of each.

I have a few worries with the rules. Dropping 1st Airborne into Arnhem is illegal as it is 6 hexes from the front.
. German 148, 157 divisions are missing from dead and OB. These might be the 2 removals on turn 11. German 91,136,158, 165, 242, 243, 271, 709, 325, 244, 16LW and 19LW are absent probably more dead. 1st TFAb is missing, perhaps withdrawn to the med air zone.

I recommend optional rule H Ferries to save German 64th and 712th divisions. Allow the allies to do the same in any weather.
