I just want to double check about the regional polling card. When you play it, you do the states only in that region and the state cards are awarded to the players who control whatever states. Then, at the end of the turn (or beginning of the next) when figuring out Momentum, it's the player who has the most electoral votes from the cards they have in front of them, correct? That's what determines the order for Momentum?

You don't calculate every state on the board and see who has the most electoral votes do you for Momentum?

Hope that makes sense.

Yes, it's exactly as you supposed.

When a player plays a polling event (and no one cancels or moves the polling to a different region) things proceed as you said. Only the states in that region get checked.

And as you said, momentum is evaluated at the end of the turn (or at the beginning of the following). You sum all the state cards belonging to the players, and sort accordingly the momentum table (the player with more electors going first).

The only thing that's not clear to me is what happens when two players have the same amount of votes, our group decided tokeep them in the relativo positions thay occupied previously (ex: Bell starts first in momentum; after polling he and Lincoln have both the same numbers of electors; we decided to keep Bell ahead of Lincoln in momentum, as he already was).

Quote:
6.1 Momentum
Before the first turn, the Momentum Markers are placed on the Momentum Track with the Constitutional Unionists first and the other parties' markers following in clockwise order. This will be the play order until the first Regional Poll is played in the game. After each turn in which a poll has been played and Parties have acquired state cards, players will adjust the Momentum Track, placing the Momentum Markers in order from most electoral votes to least, with ties being resolved by die roll.
