Hi everyone,
we often have a games gathering of 3-6 people ish, and after all the heavy favourites (7 wonders, Puerto Rico, London, Settlers, Troyes etc etc), we often like to have a quick round of something light, yet not too dull.

Currently, our favourite is Pingu Party, but we like other similar quick fire, not much thinking yet entertaining games to end the night with.
However, we can't say we have many of those, so anyone else have or know of a good "end of the night" game (if possible 2-6 players)?

The Resistance always works for us. Light, quick, cheap and with loads of interaction.

I love liar's dice, but unfortunately some others in our group don't as much.... The Resistance we have played, and forgotten about, so thanks for reminding us about it! With so many games amongst us all we often forget some! But in some ways we know each other far too well for that to always work :s

King of Tokyo is a fun, quick game that would be ideal to end (or begin) the night with!

Zombie Dice is usually my first choice for a quick, light game.

For something with a bit more depth, but still pretty light and quick, I like Maori.

My group's end of night games have included:
Lectio
Aquädukt
Las Vegas

All can be considered "light" and "quick," depending on your definitions of the words.

If you're in the UK, The Works chain were selling Maori (amongst many other games!) for £8 earlier this year. If there's one local to you they might still have or be able to get you a copy.

just looked on their website, some good prices, but no longer Maori, would be a great price!

yeah, friends in the group have that which we've tried, and we do like it, although the outcome tends to always be the same as some of us can "see it" better than others....great game though

Still checking out all the others posted, thanks for all the suggestions

Might I suggest a newer game entitled Plague. It is a quick playing trick taking game with quite a few twists. I got a chance to play a few rounds with the designer at Gen Con. The game is on Kickstarter right now. Here is a link: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1243534184/plague-the-ca...

I purchased a prototype copy at Gen Con and have backed the project as well on kickstarter. I like it that much. Great with 3-6 players. Best with 4 I think. I have even tried playing it with teams and it works well.
