My wife likes to watch romantic comedy movies, which means that I watch them with her.

By and large these films are not something I enjoy.

I did enjoy:
Much Ado About Nothing (Branagh)
Singles
Annie Hall
When Harry Met Sally
Amelie
Intolerable Cruelty

Friends With Kids was better than most.

Here are comedy films I have enjoyed, feel free to recommend romantic comedy films that may tickle my funny bone.

Fargo
Being John Malkovitch
Man on the Moon
The Royal Tennenbaums
Dr. Strangelove
Raising Arizona
I Heart Huckabees
Groundhog Day
Burn After Reading
Zoolander

Okay, I kid! I KEEED!

Try these ones on for size IF you can stomach the sickly sweet nature of them:

Always - Richard Dreyfuss, Holly Hunter (a bit too sad but very good)
Serendipity - John Cusack (I like the concept behind this movie)
Say Anything - John Cusack (Some very real moments make this great.)
Better Off Dead - John Cusack (everything about it is silly, but I still enjoy the little romance he has)
Fools Rush In - Matthew Perry (simple and formulaic but fun)
50 First Dates - Adam Sandler but yet good somehow (despite some dorky parts)
The Wedding Singer - Adam Sandler, again, but good somehow despite itself
Sliding Doors - Gwenyth Paltrow in a neat little flick
Groundhog Day - Lovely concept, the dance in the pagoda is a very nice romantic moment and it's one of my all-time favorites
One Fine Day - Nothing fancy but this Michelle Pfeifer/George Clooney romantic comedy was enjoyable.
Stranger than Fiction - Who knew that Will Ferrell could impress in a very, very nifty movie wrapped around an incredibly cool idea.
As Good As It Gets - Meanders a bit but a nice albeit strange romance.
Regarding Henry - Harrison Ford in one of the quieter, more thoughtful movies I've seen.
Jerry McGuire - A bit too bombastic at times and a bit too much flash from Tom Cruise for my tastes, but a nice romance anyway
Beauty & The Beast - Disney - Simple but it works

When I think of more, I'll add them.

Our taste in movies looks to be pretty similar...romantic comedies is a tough genre for people with good taste.

It Happened One Night (very old)
High Fidelity (mostly about the guy)
500 Days of Summer (also about the guy, but girls seem to really like this one)
Fever Pitch (slow start, but it gets better)
My Best Friend's Wedding (actually not that bad)
Happy-Go-Lucky
Four Weddings and a Funeral
About a Boy (not that romantic, also guy-centered)
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (not really a comedy)
The Apartment (pretty serious, but girls should like it)
Chasing Amy (don't know how you feel about Kevin Smith movies, but if you like them then you've probably already seen this)
Shakespeare in Love
There's Something About Mary
Knocked Up
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
The 40 Year Old Virgin (so yeah, all the Apatow movies)
Shaun of the Dead

Ok, so most of those could only marginally be considered romantic comedies...

I'm not a big fan of many, but most of what the OP listed I've seen and enjoyed.

We try to compromise, which means we watch what she wants after I make a shortlist within reason. Recent watches include:

Breaking Upwards
Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist

...

and...

um...

crap, I guess i wasn't paying attention.

The Darjeeling Limited, The Life Aquatic
Shadows and Fog, Manhattan, Radio Days,
Four Rooms, Gosford Park, High Fidelity, Lost in Translation
.

A personal fave that's more an adventure film, but still chock full of humor, romance, spectacular photography and gorgeous music: The Wind and the Lion. A great one for inducing a romantic swoon.

Darjeeling Limited and Life Aquatic are both great movies (well at least Life Aquatic is, imho) but they're really not even remotely romantic, if I'm recalling them correctly.

Romantic Comedies both my wife and I have enjoyed watching multiple times:

Lost in Translation
Four Weddings and a Funeral
Much Ado About Nothing saw it on our honeymoon and its been a staple ever since
The Holiday (though it can drag a bit in the middle, its worth sticking with)
Love, Actually (a holiday tradition in our house)
Notting Hill
Bridget Jones Diary
A Room with a View (well, not really a comedy, but it does make me chuckle from time to time)

Waking Ned Devine (not really romantic, but a first rate comedy with a bit of romance and delightful take on life -- the funeral scene is one of the most charming scene's ever filmed)

Shakespeare in Love Genius!

Peter's Friends

If you don't mind subtitles and want something really different, try
Ironiya sudby, ili S lyogkim parom! It's a New Year's tradition in our house (and lots of Russian households, too. Irony, vodka, fate and Soviet architecture all conspire to bring two people together on New Year's. Wonderful!

Charade is not a pure romantic comedy, because it has substantial mystery elements, but Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant are basically doing the romantic comedy thing throughout. Marvelous movie tragically remade with Mark Wahlberg and Thandie Newton (both of whom I'm quite open to when they're not filling those particularly large shoes).

Similar, in that there's a heist movie with a surprisingly big romantic subplot, is Out of Sight. That may have been particularly romantic for myself and my wife because, at the time we saw it together, we were forbidden fruit for one another, but it's still one of the best movies I've seen with my wife for the purpose.

Seconded!

And, in a similar vein, To Catch a Thief, for Cary Grant trading flirtatious barbs with the stunning Grace Kelly.
